Terms & Conditions

  1. B2B Agreement Requirement

    All new users must sign our official B2B Agreement after creating their first account. If the B2B is not signed within 2–3 days, the account may be suspended or deleted, and releases will not be approved.

  2. Parent Label & Sub-Label Policy

    If you are a parent label and your sub-labels report dissatisfaction or financial issues, Ten Music reserves the right to grant those sub-labels independent parent-label access without informing you, to protect their rights and earnings.

  3. Fraud & Misuse Policy

    If any Label, Artist, or Distributor commits fraud, manipulates revenue, or does not pay their sub-labels their rightful share (minimum 65%), Ten Music reserves the right to terminate the account permanently.

  4. Migration to Other Distributors

    If you wish to migrate to another distributor, you must notify us in advance so we can process your catalog correctly.

  5. Earnings Fee

    Ten Music charges a non-negotiable 15% share on total earnings as a platform fee.
